Thursday 7 April, 7.30am - 9.00am
Online
Levels of anxiety are rising at an alarming rate. What can we do to help our students learn in this new climate? This session will work through the neuroscience of anxiety, and why it is increasing. Understanding where anxiety comes from can help us create an environment in our classrooms and schools that can support better learning and engagement. There will also be a bit of self-care thrown into this session, because we all need to understand a bit about ourselves along the way!
