Cross Curricular Structures: a 2-part Loop Forum event
Wed 23 Sept & Tues 27 Oct
Onslow College, St Patrick's College
We invite senior and middle leaders from your school to attend a series of two Forum sessions that will focus on cross-curricular structures.
Facilitated by Mary Anne Mills (Core Education), the two sessions will:
- unpack and discuss the principles and theories that underpin cross-curricular structures;
- examine some models that are being used in NZ schools;
- provide time to think, share ideas and discuss our own structures, approaches and goals;
- reflect on leadership practices and ideas that may influence how programmes are designed or approached in our individual schools going forward.
The focus across the two sessions will be towards how we might think, respond and act in our individual schools, in light of what is discussed. And, as always, this Forum series will provide an opportunity to hear about other schools’ experiences, develop stronger connections with each other and to collaborate on issues of strategic importance.
Afternoon tea will be provided.
Dates/times:
Wednesday 23 September, 1.00 - 3.30pm - session hosted by Onslow College.
Tuesday 27 October, 1.00 - 3.30pm - session hosted by St Patrick’s College (Kilbirnie).
